Privacy
This page is a pilot placeholder for TriArt company, an NC LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is not a finished privacy policy. Have counsel review it before the pilot starts.
What the app stores
- Your email address, a sign-in session, and the time you accepted the estimator-review notice.
- The project name, company, estimator name, exclusions, and logo you type in.
- Text extracted from the PDF, with page numbers, plus the draft scope, letter, RFIs, submittals, and BOM.
What it does not keep
The original PDF is held only while reading is queued or running, then deleted. It is not kept after extraction.
How long
Projects are deleted 30 days after they are created, unless you delete them first. Deleting a project removes its extracted text. A record of model spend for that UTC day is kept so the daily cap cannot be reset by deleting a project. You can ask the owner to delete your account email and sessions.
Who else sees it
In live mode, the text of the sections you select is sent to the configured model provider. Sign-in email is sent through the configured mail provider (Resend or Postmark). The app is hosted for the pilot on Fly.io. Those companies process that data under their own terms. Demo mode does not call a model.
Customer documents are not used by this app to train a model.
