Pilot agreement
Between TriArt company (NC LLC, Charlotte, North Carolina) and an invited low-voltage subcontractor. This is a placeholder for the October 2026 private pilot, not a signed contract.
- The pilot is free, invite-only, and limited to about 5–10 shops.
- SpecScope LV produces a draft. An estimator at your company must review it against the spec book before it is used to bid.
- You will not upload a specification you are not allowed to process in a hosted tool.
- The original PDF is deleted after text extraction. Extracted text is deleted when you delete the project, or after 30 days.
- There is no warranty and no liability for a missed scope item, a wrong citation, or a lost bid.
- Either side can stop participating at any time. Ask the owner to remove your email.
